By accessing or using the Six Sutra website located at sixsutra.ai (the "Site"), or by engaging Six Sutra LLC for any consulting services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. Six Sutra LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Services

Six Sutra LLC provides process improvement consulting services including but not limited to:

• Six Sigma methodology implementation (DMAIC, DMADV)
• Process mapping, measurement, and optimization
• AI/ML readiness assessments and workflow redesign
• Change management consulting using Prosci ADKAR methodology
• Operational analytics and performance measurement
• Training and facilitation for process improvement teams

All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement signed by both parties. The diagnostic call offered on this Site is complimentary and does not constitute the commencement of a paid engagement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, process diagrams, and case study summaries — is the proprietary property of Six Sutra LLC or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from this Site without the express written consent of Six Sutra LLC. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided attribution is maintained.

Deliverables produced for clients during a consulting engagement are addressed separately in each client's Statement of Work. Unless otherwise specified, all proprietary frameworks and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Six Sutra LLC, while custom deliverables tailored to a client's specific operations are licensed to that client upon full payment.

Confidentiality

Six Sutra LLC takes client confidentiality seriously. Any business information, process data, financial metrics, or operational details shared during a diagnostic call or consulting engagement will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.

Case studies referenced on this Site are either based on publicly attributed work, anonymized to remove identifying details, or shared with explicit client permission. If you believe any content on this Site inadvertently discloses confidential information, please contact us immediately.

Clients seeking formal confidentiality protections are encouraged to request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to sharing sensitive business information.

User Conduct

Users of this Site agree not to:

The free diagnostic call is offered as an informational service. Nothing discussed in a diagnostic call constitutes professional advice creating a formal client-consultant relationship until a written agreement is signed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Six Sutra LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on information presented on this Site
• Service interruptions or errors on the Site
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In no event shall Six Sutra LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising from use of this Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), regardless of the form of action.
